Youth Retreat at Bon Echo
Although the weekend maybe wasn't as sunny as we hoped, or as warm as we hoped, I think a good time was had by all! The pictures prove it!

$$$
Don't forget to bring some loot for ice cream if you want some. And don't forget that bike. It's a long walk!
Tour De Niagara
In honour of the Tour de France, Lance Armstrong, and everyone who loves icecream, we will be holding the "Tour de Niagara" at CY this week. The goal; to bike from Cornerstone Community Church down the grueling, rugged, paved bike path into Niagara on the Lake. Your prize for completing this strenuous event....your favourite variety of icecream, whether it's bubble gum, mocha almond fudge, or plain old vanilla.
Please meet at Cornerstone at 7:30 with your bike. If you don't have a bike and aren't able to borrow one from someone you know, let Brian and I know and we'll arrange something for you. Call us (905-262-1859), email us (briananderinrowaan@yahoo.ca) or simply post a comment to this blog.
After partaking in a delicious ice cream treat we will be biking to Brad's (282 Niven Road) for an evening of fun outdoor summer games such as frisbee, soccer, bocce ball, badminton and perhaps even kabache can can. Please have your rides pick you up from here at 11:00.
Oh, and stay tuned for pictures from the retreat!

Baseball
Hopefully you all took notes while we were at the Jays game a few weeks ago, because it's time to let your baseball skills shine. We will be meeting at Cornerstone at 7:30 on Friday and then heading over to Virgil school to play a good ol' game of baseball. It promises to be even better than the Jays game!
Please bring a glove if you have one.
We will then be heading to Sheila's place (10 Elden St). You can have your rides pick you up from here at 11:00.
